Ribble Weldtite are one of the UKs Top Cycling teams and we are delighted to welcome them into The Retro Hut

The Team competes as part of the UCI European Continental Tour in 2020, participating in some of the leading cycle races on the calendar

The team operates with riders based across all of the North of England and Midlands regions, with riders competing within these areas as well as further afield within the United Kingdom. Our riders can frequently be found at all of the races within the UK, from National Championships to local circuit races. This ensures maximum publicity for our sponsors.

In addition the team competes internationally, participating in UCI professional races globally. Since the team's inception our riders have competed in Belgium, France, Poland, Spain, Qatar, Hong Kong, China and more, a truly global calendar.

Our 11oz triple AAA grade ceramic Durham mugs have a bright white, super gloss photo quality coating that produces stunning image reproduction.

Being 11oz in volume, our photo mugs have a super strong sturdy feel and a handle that feels great to pick up.

Our Mugs are tested to British Standard EN 12875-4 which means they will withstand over 2000 household dishwasher cycles without fading or loss of colour.

PLEASE NOTE - If you order a mix of items, i.e. a Mug and a Towel, you may receive your Mug before your towel as this has a quicker manufacture time, and this will be shippped as soon as it's ready at our cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please EMAIL support@theretrohut.com to arrange your return along with photos of the item.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@theretrohut.com.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theretrohut.com for further instructions.

    Shipping
    To return your product, you should first email support@theretrohut.com stating the reason you wish to return your item and you will then receive further instructions.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
